Spinach cheddar breakfast toast
Fully cooked scrambled eggs, spinach and cheddar on whole wheat toast.

Serving illustration.
Keep the heat moderate so the eggs set evenly without developing a hard crust. If spinach releases water, let excess liquid evaporate before adding the beaten eggs. Toast provides a firmer base for the soft topping. Add the eggs immediately before serving rather than leaving assembled toast to soften on the counter. Wheat, egg and milk allergens are present.
